"The good. Building looks new. Clean, well kept. Nothing was broken or beaten up. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot, and a reasonable spread. Nice dining area. Room were clean and fair sized. The bad On our way there, I thought the GPS screwed up and sent me to the wrong address. The building is in the middle of an industrial park. Not a big deal if they shut industrial folks shut down at night. They did not unfortunately. There is some sort of shipping yard next door where they were loading and unloading very large shipping containers, all night. This requires heavy machinery to move. Lots of banging around. Even after a a total of 24 hrs flying over 30 hrs, I couldn’t sleep through that. It as just too noisy. Food amenities were not walking distance. You had to go for a drive to get anything . If you don’t have a car, you need to find somewhere to order from"

"The people who work at this hotel are so helpful and so wonderful. We also had dinner here and dinner was fantastic. The room was exactly what we needed for one night stay and they allowed us to keep our bags there the entire next day while we bounced around Auckland until our flight took off. I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable for a short stay. The room is big, good bed, coffee/tea and fridge. The location u Is questionable-about 20 min in the evening, 10 min 5.00am. The free airport shuttle is fine (you have to ring the hotel on arrival, which is problem if you just arrived from abroad and don’t have NZ sim card. They should use whatsapp. OleAw note that you are dropped off far away from the international departures and allow 10-15 min walk to the terminal. It was a good stay for the price, but will try another airport hotel next time. "
