Beautiful country house with private pool surrounded by nature and tranquility

"Stunning villa with lovely view of the mountains and town below...also you can just see the sea which was not mentioned in the ad so was a nice surprise. Very clean, just quite a few pieces of cutlery with food on them.Some reviews complained about the washing machine but I loved it. I had no idea how to use it as have never seen anything like it before but it made me feel like I've gone back 60 years which was fun! The Air con is in each bedroom and also the living room which has a 2 seater sofa (not shown in the ad photos) . The air con is modern, works very well and is quiet. But the house does well at staying cool in the heat so you don't need it on too much. The pool is lovely but the problem is the wasps so I only went in the pool once which Is a shame as booked this for the pool as we hoped to have a lot of time swimming and around the pool but ended up sitting in another area of the house as wasps were constantly bothering us so we couldnt really use the pool. Loads of mosquitos too....despite the citronella candles and bracelets and spray I still have 18 mosquito bites...the most in my 40 years of coming to Mallorca but mosquitos are a part of life there. It's very quiet which is what we wanted but very close to a good town and numerous beaches and supermarket is 10 minute drive.Main bedroom bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has no mosquito net at the window so you can't open the window.Overall, lovely villa, very clean, great view and fab location."

"We stayed on a self catering basis and found plenty of supermarkets within walking distance. The beach is also only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Pros: * Spacious rooms * Four pools to choose from * Clean toilets around the pool areas * Free fresh drinking water available poolside * Comfortable beds in the bedrooms * Iron and hairdryer available to rent for €10 each, fully refundable upon return * Plenty of sun loungers at all pool areas * Large resort with lots of activities and facilities Cons: * If possible, avoid staying in Block I. We were in room 2265 on the upper floor and could hear a cockerel crowing early every morning. * Sofa beds are uncomfortable * Pool lifeguards seemed more focused on their phones than monitoring the pools * Evening entertainment could be improved, particularly for adults The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. Would I return? Yes. The location is great, and the resort is ideal for families with children."

"We stayed b&b, hotel staff were lovely (especially the lady checking us in on our first day). Breakfast buffet sufficient. Room was clean on arrival, rooms weren’t really cleaned through week other than beds made and towels changed, cups and glasses not cleaned or floors not swept through stay. I’d say a small pool for size of hotel - lots of loungers crammed in around it, not a lot of space. Pool was deep - shallow end of pool very small so difficult to stand and play with balls etc in pool. Not ideal if loads of families with young kids there. Entertainment was good- bar shut at 11pm (fine for me but maybe others would prefer later opening). We were not all inclusive and pleased by this choice as I think the buffet area was very small so can’t imagine there was loads of choice at lunch and dinner. "
