This charming and spacious villa in Štinjan will delight everyone. There is a huge 1800 m2 plot of land surrounding the villa with a private pool and lounge chairs, fenced by a hedge and well cared for plants, for complete privacy. Suitable for families. This villa also has a games room and beautiful lawn with olive trees. Directly by the pool is a large terrace with an outdoor table where you can enjoy the silence on a summer evening. Villa Lorin can accommodate 8 + 1 people, with 4 bedrooms, a gym and 4 bathrooms and 1 sep. WC.
Detached house, plot area: 1800 m2, delimited plot, swings and playground, darts. Pool: 7x4x1.4 m, private swimming pool.
The swimming pool can be heated (extra, on request, payable locally: EUR 100 / week).

Superb property

Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Clean and homely. Beautiful gardens, well maintained. . Safe and secure for the young children. Host always on hand to help with any concerns or questions. Pool and hot tub clean. These were a blast with the little ones! Quiet location, sea front and towns short car ride away but there is a bus stop right outside the property. Couple of small grocery shops within walking distance. I recommend the bakery, great food at great prices.

Top Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Der Aufenthalt war Top und wir konnten uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden falls wir Inspiration für Ausflüge brauchten oder Fragen zur Unterkunft hatten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 30 min.) auch Supermärkte sind genügend in der Umgebung. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Erholsamer Urlaub in Istrien

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr Freundlich und unkompliziert Empfangen. Ein ausführlicher Rundgang Durch das sehr saubere moderne Haus und schon konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch das meiste fußläufig zu erreichen sehr gepflegter Sauberer Pool und Anfang Mai war die Poolheizung Sehr Wichtig!!!Sehr Empfehlens wert von mir 10 von10 punkte und ich spreche auch im Namen meiner FamilieKristijan Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub.Josef Fischhaber immer wieder Gerne

Amazing villa

We stayed in octuber one week and enjoyed the lovely house, garden and pool. The house is very clean, nice furnished, every room is spacious and has an own bathroom. There are three towels for every guest included. The owner lives next door and is very kind. Beach, bakery or Pula city center are just a few minutes away.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr sauberes Haus und ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Pool wie auch der Außenbereich ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und top. Das Meer mit genügend Parkplätzen ist etwa 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub.

Bewertung

Perfekt, alles sehr ordentlich und wie beschrieben. Wenn was gefehlt hatte wurde es sofort vom Vemieter bereitgestellt. Wenn es sonstige Fargen gegeben hatte wie z. B. Busverbindung, oder weitere Anliegen wurden diese gleich beantwortet. Die Familie und Kristijan sind sehr freundlich. Noch nie gesehen das eine Unterkunft so gereinigt war dafür müsste es noch mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Für den Strand und zum Einkaufen(Lidl, Kaufland usw.) ist ein PKW empfelenswert. Parkplätze an der Unterkunft vorhanden, Gebäude liegt geschützt. Liebe Grüße Daniel, Bettina, Sascha, Tanja und die Kinder

A Nice Place in Pula

We stayed in this house for two weeks and it was a pleasant experiences. The house is clean and well kept and matched the description. Each room has their own bathroom, which is convenient when you are in the pool and at the beach most days. No waiting for other people. The pool is nice and very well kept, the owner was nice and didn't bother you often which was nice. You can tell he has invested time and money into the rental place. Lighting in the house is nice, some rooms feel really bright, I would suggest he swap over to warmer bulbs in a couple areas, but the house is clean and organized. FYI The beds are firm in a couple of the rooms, I used some extra cushioning for better sleep. Overall it was a great place to spend our family vacation. It's outside the city by like 5-min, so that's perfect if you like nature sounds once you get home.

Urlaub in Stinjan

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich mit jeweils sehr schönen und modernen Bädern. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist in den Hang gebaut, so dass ein Schlafzimmer,Bad und eine extra Küche im Souterrain untergebracht sind. Der Fitness Raum befindet sich auch im Souterrain. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Nebenan ist noch ein kleiner aber feiner Tennisclub. Einfach rüber zum Club gehen und nach Mio fragen.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach top. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmack-voll. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene mit Hund und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der sehr schöne Strand ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dort gab es immer genügend Parkplätze. Der Pool und der Whirlpool - einfach klasse! Kristijan, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über Whatsapp ist er immer erreichbar gewesen. Für uns ein rundum erholsamer und toller Urlaub. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Tolles Haus

Alles was man braucht als Familie. Tolle Lage - nur 5 min zum Strand per Auto Aufmerksamer, netter Vermieter. Achtung: die Betten sind ziemlich hart, wer das nicht mag, könnte Probleme mit der Unterkunft haben. Wir mögen das. Leider nur Holzkohlegrill und keinen Strom an der Feuerstelle für einen Föhn beispielsweise, um die Kohle anzufachen. Der Vermieter hat uns auf Nachfrage umgehend eine Verlängerungsschnur zur Verfügung gestellt. War dann ok. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir (4 Erwachsene mit Hund) waren Mitte Mai für 2 Wochen in der wunderbaren Villa Lorin. Es ist an Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen und war durch den riesigen Garten und dem anschließenden Wald auch für unsere Hunde absolut genial. Die Entfernungen zum Meer, Einkaufen und Restaurants waren mit dem Auto in 5 - 10 Minuten erledigt, zu Fuß das Ganze in ca. 25 Minuten. Lieber Kristijan, vielen Dank für unseren perfekten Urlaub.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und durchdacht und sauber. Wohnräume mit Klimaanlage (kühlen/heizen), Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes modernes Bad verfügt. Waschküche, extra Dusche/Toilette im Poolbereich, beheizbarer Pool, Whirlpool, überdachter Grillplatz, gut eingerichteter Fitnessraum, großes Grundstück, alles einfach super! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, auch hinsichtlich unserer Sonderwünsche für die Ausrichtung einer Geburtstagsfeier. Hier nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, etwas abseits. Da kommt es darauf an, wie man seinen Aufenthalt gestalten will. Eine Grillbar ist ca. 10 Minuten und das nächste Restaurant ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß mindestens 30...40 Minuten. Mit dem Auto ist natürlich alles kein Problem.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise fühlten wir uns bei der Gastgeberfamilie Bencic gut aufgehoben, wurde doch jede Frage und auch der Wunsch nach einer früheren Anreise prompt beantwortet und möglich gemacht. Das Haus entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung in der Anzeige, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und picobello sauber. Die Lager in einem kleinen Stadtteil von Pula ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig, es sind einige große Supermärkte in der Nähe und die Anbindung an die Autobahn und das Stadtzentrum von Pula ist super. Eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor dem Tor an der Straße, sehr praktisch wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Bencic, wir kommen sicher gerne mal wieder!

Tolles Haus und netter Vermieter

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Großartige Zimmer mit großen Bädern. Ein toller Pool und Whirlpool und die umliegenden Strände sind relativ schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Toller Urlaub in Pula-Nähe

Wir haben zu fünft mit 2 Hunden einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei bestem Wetter in Stinjan verbracht. Das schöne Pula ist ca. 5 km entfernt und sehr gut über Nebenstrassen und Wege, teilweise am Meer entlang, mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Für kurze Hundespaziergänge befindet sich direkt hinter dem Grundstück ein kleiner Wald. Die Villa ist exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und für Mensch und Hund ein Traum. Darüber hinaus sind Villa, Pool und Whirlpool extrem sauber. Kristijan, der Besitzer, ist sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. Pool und Whirlpool wurden mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Ferner hat er uns gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche gegeben.

Sehr gepflegtes, modernes und sauberes Anwesen. Das Haus und der Garten sehen genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und konnte immer kontaktiert werden. Pool und Whirlpool waren spitze. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur eine kleine Besserung hätte ich als Vorschlag: Fliegennetz in den Fenstern von den Schlafräumen. Sonst alles top.

Hervorragend

Wir waren mit 8 Personen und 2 Hunden in der Villa Lorin und es war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus hat eine separate Wohnung im UG mit eigenem Eingang, dass war für meine Eltern perfekt, um auch mal dem Drubel der Kids zu entkommen. Im EG befinden sich die 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Badezimmern. Alles neu renoviert und auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Der komplett umzäunte Garten und die Poollandschaft waren das Zentrum unseres Aufenthalts. Einfach nur wunderschön. Der Whirlpool rundete das Gesamtpaket sensationell ab. Die Lage der Villa war für uns perfekt, 6 min zum Hundestrand Strand, bei dem aber eine ganze Bucht ca. 1 km auch für Personen ohne Hund baden, essen und die kids spielen können, 10 min nach Pula und 25 min nach Medulin. Die Vermieter immer erreichbar und sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was ich als Tipp mitgeben möchte, bitte eine stabile Grillzange und einen Schürstock für den Kohlegrill anschaffen. Absolute 5 Sterne, liebe Grüße Familie Bachhoffer

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit sechs Personen und 3 Hundis für 3 Wochen in der Villa von Fam. Bencic. Es war einfach nur Traumhaft und wir wollten nicht mehr weg, die Sauberkeit und das zuvor kommen unserer Vermieter war Genial. Nur zu Empfehlen!!!
