Charming hotel in the heart of Pula. Excellent service by the hotel staying up late for our late night arrival and arranging a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Relieved much travel stress. Breakfast was great with many fresh options and again hotel staff very helpful and accommodating allowing us to store our luggage while we walked the city.

A huge disappointment

The pictures do not depict the actual hotel. The pictures look much nicer. We made reservations many months prior for two rooms with king beds, their description. My sister's room was great with a wonderful queen or king size comfortable bed and a bathroom that was huge. Our room on the other hand had a double size bed that rolled into the center and a bathroom that you could hardly navigate in. It was so small my husband couldn't even shower in there. We were also severely disappointed in the fact that the restaurant and bar were closed down and had been for two months. You would think they would at least have the common courtesy to let guests know that in advance. Breakfast was good but 15 euros per person.

Hotel with parking in Pula city center!

I chose this hotel because it's in the city center of Pula and has private parking, which is not too common. Parking is €12, so not cheap, but it's there, and it's convenient. A small warning, though - if you have a larger car than my F11 BMW 5-series, you may have trouble fitting the car into said garage. Other than that, the hotel turned out to be excellent - great little room with a very comfortable bed and a roof balcony outside the window - you have to go outside the room to access it, but it's still cool. Very friendly girl at the reception, and also good breakfast. I was a little late, so the sausages were cold, but other than that the food was very good. And of course, all the attractions in old town Pula are right nearby including the amazing Arena!
