Outdoor shower, badminton, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km.
3-room house 90 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). No heating option. Terrace roofed.
