Villa Luxi is a luxury and design villa with swimming pool and panoramic Jacuzzi. Located in Pula, a small town, gem of tourism in the south-western part of Sardinia about 30 km from Cagliari, the villa is located in the heart of an estate of 500 hectares of luxuriant vegetation. This villa is part of an extraordinary collection, created by Massimiliano Fuksas and inspired by the forces of nature on this island. It was created only after having explored and experienced the unspoiled landscapes of Southern Sardinia.
As the name implies, Villa Luxi offers a very bright interior space, thanks to the large and wonderful windows, which overlook its private garden surrounded by extraordinary Mediterranean vegetation. It offers a secluded outdoor space, which includes greenery and beautiful relaxation spots, as well as a 50sqm swimming pool. The villa comprises two staggered volumes joined by a terrace. On the ground floor the dining room and living room overlook the private garden. On the same floor, two bedrooms, one double and one single, share the bathroom. An internal wooden staircase leads from the dining room to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The large terrace is the ideal place to relax, thanks also to the enchanting hydromassage pool. At the foot of the villa, a splendid private garden blooms, blending into the sparkling green of two golf courses like no other in the world. Privacy between the villas is ensured by lush plantations.
