"We booked for triple sharing n they only provide 2 towels n everything two only. Location v gd n convenient but d lift s terrible. We waited 1/2 hr for d lift during checkout at 12noon. There s only 4 liffs serve up to 27 floors. Really terrible. Someone walk down fr 23 floor but can only walk to 8 floor n unable to continue. Door lock "

"Stayed here because it's near to Legoland and let my children to experience staying in a legoland-themed room. Glad that there is a small basin for the kids to wash their hands/brush their teeth. "

"Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though."
