"Comfy bed, friendly staff, hot shower. WiFi is horrible, you need to sit outside to have good signal. The building is staff house for staff of several resorts on the island. No holiday atmosphere. "Booked Malinja homestay for 8 days and do our own cooking while on holiday. First impression took us aback to find the house lack of maintenance. We got loose taps, no bathroom sinks or mirrors. Loose door knobs at almost doors in the house. Understandably due to its location in Kampong area, expect some pests(ants, flying bugs and house lizards.. Water heater for display only.
