"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."

"Though carparking is charged by the day with multiple entry, there was a double charge on one of the day. When query, the reception staff (guy) was kind of rude in clarifying details, he seem to be 'questioning'. Service staffs at breakfast was on the other hand very courteous. The place has lost its shine over the years."
