例如一般飯店都是放置電茶壺，但是他們卻選用（虎牌電熱水器），另分離式冷氣（日立）和免治馬桶（和成）也可以感覺是後續為了來賓設置。

"我住一館二樓，屋主很親切，四週環境佈置很溫馨，房間大，乾淨，洗澡水壓水溫都ok，但馬桶補水速度很慢，要等幾分鐘才能沖第二次。隔音不是太好，十點關燈，所以不適合晚上要開趴的。早餐的香腸跟蛋很好吃，不過食物種類不是太多"

"老闆在住宿前會貼心先詢問是否有攜帶寵物或長著同行,好安排房間,還很貼心先幫我們多鋪好一個床給我們,浴室按摩蓮蓬頭洗得很舒服,住宿區晚上免費提供卡拉OK可歡唱,早餐尚可,咖啡跟鮮奶茶很好喝,早餐區的地板還可以欣賞魚游來游去,一旁還有瀑布可以觀看,民宿主人養了些貓,孩子們還可以跟貓玩"
