Master bedroom has a full bed with an attached bathroom. Linens, towels, and paper products are supplied. Second bedroom also has a full bed and nearby bathroom. A small size bunk bed is available for small children. A loft above the living area would be a fun place for the kids to hang out!

Wifi and a 55" smart TV are in the home for you to use with your streaming service. Kitchen has many modern amenities and is fully stocked. Central A/C and heat.
Lower Scott Lake is a short stroll across a yard. There is a dock that is available during the summer months and a rowboat and a 2 person kayak and some life preservers that are available for use (recommended that you bring your own life preservers). Fish the lake for panfish and bass. A fire pit is supplied with a small amount of kindling and firewood. A Weber charcoal grill is available for cooking your meals.
The house is on a dead end street, it is a quiet and peaceful spot. The home is within 30 minutes of Saugatuck, a vibrant arts community, and South Haven, a popular beach town. Multiple breweries, vineyards, and orchards are in the area. Gingerman Racetrack is about 10 minutes away from the cottage.

We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at this cute, clean cottage. We especially enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning while watching all the birds, deer and black squirrels.
We had a very enjoyable stay here. The cottage is well-maintained and clean. The owner checked in on us after the first morning just to see if we needed anything but was very respectful and helpful. Our six-year-old son very much enjoyed the “secret” loft as well as using the Robo on the property.
This cottage is absolutely adorable! Surrounded by trees and a peekaboo view of the lake- it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The enclosed porch was definitely my favorite spot to relax.
This property is not an obvious rental property and is lovely inside. It was a nice place to rest and unwide from the busy day.
We were there to rest and enjoy the quiet mornings before going back into town.
This weekend at the Pullman cottage was wonderful. The cottage is charming and comfortable. The porch was a great place to do some writing and a lovely view of a small lake across the street. This spot is just a short drive from Lake Michigan and either Saugatuck or South Haven. We would love to come back. I think grandkids would much enjoy the loft!

Peaceful location with beautiful view of Scott Lake
It was a neat cottage with beauty all around. Thankfully the owner happened to be there because we never received communication with manager on how to get key. The second night the neighbor’s dog barked ALL night long:(. We enjoyed a camp fire and paddle boat on the lake. We’d love to stay again.
I wanted somewhere more secluded where my sister and I could escape city life and just chill. This house was perfect for the both of us. Both of us had our own rooms and and own bathrooms and I only had to share the shower which wasn't a big deal to me. The house has a view of the lake which was nice. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. The sunroom was the best room in the house where you could just sleep and take naps throughout the day. The owner left out supplies to start a fire which was nice so we were able to start a fire with the sticks, matches, and lighter fluid. House was very clean and I would definitely return. Also, the house had modern amenities such as a big screen smart TV and I was able to work from the desk using the wifi.
We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on booking again in the future. Great spot to meet the rest of our family, enjoy time on the lake and explore the surrounding area.
This was a return trip to the cottage. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and were close to Saugatuck and South Haven for some beach time and a sunset cruise!
We loved this little house. So great for a family with children. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our youngest loved the play kitchen and our older two loved the loft, games, and lake right across the road. The hosts were so nice and helpful.
We had a great time! Spent most of our time downtown south haven. The house was very clean and in a great location! Loved the view of the lake and beautiful sunset. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and spending time in the loft area. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Great place to stay!

We had a great weekend, very quiet and nice place, we played, watched movies, and walked to the lake.
The weekend in Pullman was great. There is a sun porch which has sunset views over a lake. Plenty of places to kayak nearby. House was well maintained and clean. Owners were very kind and helpful.
Our family had a great time staying at this house during our annual Michigan trip! The house was very clean and the hosts were so thoughtful to include fun toys for our children to play with. Our kids really enjoyed going out onto the lake in the rowboat too. The hosts were very kind and helpful, we would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
Check in was a breeze, the house was a renovated 1920s cabin and the amenities and kitchen are a dream. Host was easy to get a hold of. Easy in, easy out, private and close to Lots of things to do locally and in South Haven. Highly recommend. Had wifi and all major appliances. Dock access and private even though it's close to neighbors.
The cottage was a nice place to stay and had an amazing location, right across the street from the lake and among all the tall trees! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Would recommend!
My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend. Perfectly located between South Haven and Saugutuck, where we spent our time during the day. Going to the cottage for early evening in a peaceful setting was wonderful! There is a lake and a small dock to sit on;the Host provides a row boat, grill and supplies and fire pit with wood. The cottage itself is really nice! Highly recommend it!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin on the lake! It was a beautiful, modern, clean place, with plenty of room inside and outside to enjoy a quiet weekend away from home. The owner was friendly and very responsive to our needs. We had everything we needed to be comfortable the whole weekend, and if we had a question, she answered us right away! Great place for family fun!

Nice little tucked away place. My kids if they would ha e some would have loved the loft and surprises up there. My husband enjoyed our weekend away, had everything we needed. Pizza plus is great for dinner, and the people are so nice there if you have questions. The host for the property was wonderful and attentive. Loved the front porch 😍. My kids would have enjoyed it as well.
Had a bit of miscommunication with the owner, but worked it all out, being we were the first guest of the season I can’t complain
Beautiful home and area
