"Reserved a double room. Stayed with my teenage daughter and was given a king room. Tried to change after we got our keys and was told there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. I had to share a bed with my large child. Also, we were given an accesible room for the second weekend in a row. This hotel was cleaner than Irondequoit but there was no manager available to discuss the situation with and we paid up for two beds and didn’t get what we paid for. Btw, we checked in at 3:11 pm so it was just minutes after we were allowed to so it wasn’t late check in or anything. Never heard from management. Will never trust Hampton Inn again. "

"Kinda ghetto, loud slamming doors, major road noise from the main road all hours of the nights. Food near by is decent, extremely strong smell of cologne or what ever it is they use to mask smells or clean. Hot water was a little interesting. Took forever to heat up then got cold. Faucet in bathroom water was brown. Not sure what that was about but Hey for 50$ a night what do you expect. "

"The rooms were decent but are not sound proof we were in a conjointing room and could hear everything from the people next door they we were not with"

"The lake view was so peaceful. The house was clean, and there was plenty of room for a family dinner and hanging out together. The hot tub was a nice bonus, as well. "

"I had an accessible room. I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed in the height of the toilet. It is not adequate for someone who is handicap and has a hard time rising from the toilet seat. The shades on the window did not work. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. "

"Parking was easy, check in was easy. The wood was uncovered and damp so it took a long time to get the fire hot for the hot tub. "
