If you're looking for an authentic local polynesian experience, this is for you. This is worlds away from a classic hotel room or modern apartment so do not expect that. This bungalow is for the more adventurous traveler hence the low price point but you'll be truly living like a local with all the pros and cons that it comes with.

The bungalow
Fare Oa’oa is comprised of 2 units. The first unit is where the bedroom and bathroom are located and the other unit is where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan. There is no A/C. The bathroom has a big closet if you’re staying a bit longer and want to settle.
The big kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, coffee maker, stove and oven and utensils to make you feel at home. The dining room is located on the patio so you’ll always feel like dining al fresco.

The location
Fare Oa’oa’ is located at PK 17,5 on the beach side in the town of Punaauia. The gated and secured family property on which it's located has a direct private access to the public beach Vaiava, PK 18, the only white sand beach of Tahiti from which you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets and excellent snorkeling. Just follow the sandy alley all the way down to the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise lagoon and enjoy the beautiful garden with flower perfumes along the way.

DISCLAIMER: there's a construction going on near the property. Starts at 7:30AM but ends early around 2PM.
