Very good stay

The location of the hotel is amazing - you can see Punakha dzong, rivers and entire city!The property was also amazing, clean and very well staffed. restaurant had great options for food. The only inconvenience we had was that property is on a hill and doesn't have elevators or golf-cart so for my Mom climbing stairs up and down to go from room to reception, restaurant etc was very inconvenient. Also, not their fault, but their was power outage several times in one day. They should get power...

The facility needs to be upgraded. There is no cotton swab, and the hairdryer is also a pain. The staff is friendly tho

Arun was the star. His politenss and personal attention to the guests is examplary.

Room was clean and modern. Amenities were great. There is a construction ongoing next door but I did not hear any noise. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I have any chance to visit Thimphu
