"This boutique hotel is not high end. The price reflects that it’s more of a budget hotel but I would still give this boutique a 9/10. The place is very clean, staff are very helpful, the owner is always on site. We did have an issue upon check in, we booked a deluxe suite with a King Bed and they gave us a smaller room with a double bed. And when thé hôtel said to me that I didn't pay, I answer that yes, I already paid. After vérification, I wasn't pay... So, it was a Lost Time for the hôtel and me to check that. I didn't anderstand because on your mail, you said that it was pays, but in fact no. Some mistake become sometime, but it is necessary to me to tell you that....
