Excellent

Reading the reviews, we were a bit worried that the property would be lacking, however, we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful and spacious room, a varied and generous breakfast buffet, and a lovely environment overall. We would definitely stay here again!
The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket.
The staff were very helpful with booking tours and transportation! The rooms were clean and nice, and it was a fine place for a hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was small but was still nice to have to start off the day, and the hours were good for early morning departures.
This is a lovely Hotel. It is in a great location not far from the main square. It has everything you need including nice little extras like tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are wonderful, polite, efficient, friendly and professional. The breakfast even starts at 06:00 for those with early starts. I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel for the excellent. Highly recommended.
A great value. Very nice staff. They were very helpful in booking tours and transportation.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Location is good, close to the center of the city. Staff is nice. But the carpet and blankets have dirty spots. The bathroom is small and sewer is almost clogged.
Nice hotel, we really liked, it has everything, good location, good price, it is clean and confortable, nice people, and good food in the morning buffet, I am from Mexico and my wife from Poland, 5 stars for this hotel, if.you go to the juliaca airport call Roosy tours, it cost 20 soles but very good service to Juliaca airport
Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom is quite small but everything else is good. Decent breakfast. Staff is polite and professional. They allow you to store your luggage and wait in the lounge area if you have a late night bus to catch. Overall a good budget hotel choice in Puno.
Hotel was what we needed for our 2 night stay.
We did arrive around 12am and rang the doorbell and they let us in. Rooms where basic but clean. Breakfast was good.
The hotel was a great base for a few days in Puno! It was very centrally located and easy to walk to the central plaza. The room was spacious and served all our needs for our trip. The breakfast was also nice and included bread, jam, fresh fruit, coffee, and a wide variety of teas. The real winner, however, was the customer service! We happened to have a ton of questions about the area and a few hotel requests, and the front desk thoughtfully and kindly took care of everything. They were also very helpful with booking our tour of Lake Titicaca. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.
The hotel is great value: Close to center of town, hot water for tea/coffee on every floor, free and solid breakfast buffet, helpful front desk in booking tours, incredible check-in time (9:30am and sometime earlier if the room is available from other reviewers), elevators, luggage storage. The 180 degree view from the 6th floor room is incredible. The first night we got there, one of the beds wasn't made up. The front desk cleaned up. Because of the view, we decided to come back after an overnight stay in Lake Titicaca, I am glad because the room is impeccable.

Liked: Room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Good for quick stays only.
Unfortunately, I can't give it more than 3 starts.
Whats good:
- Localization great.
- Breakfast is simple, but good
- The room has a working/organizational table
- Bed was comfortable
What was bad:
- Every single day I had netwrok issues. I spend the week working from the hotel and missed important meetings because of that. I sen't messages every day to them and there were no improvements. It's not a Puno problem because anywere else the wifi was stable.
- Shower. That was the worse part. I think 4 out of the 5 days I stayed I had to call them to heat my shower. Then they would do something and the water would get hot. I mean... I'm in a hotel. In a place that's 2 degrees celsius. And the 2 worse parts of this was that the HAD to come to my room to check... he couldn't belive me. So I would take off my clothes to bath, go to the shower, is cold, I would call them, and istead of just waiting I had to put my clothes on because the guy had to check de water. Every time. And the worse of all... I asked if that was happening in every room. He laughed and say no.
Why would you keep me in that room then? For gods sake. I'm giving 3 starts because they were all polite and I don't think that's their fault, it seems that the hotel is in low maintenance mode.
Very good hotel for the economical price and good breakfast included. Rooms are more tired than the photos show, but it is priced accordingly. Kind and helpful staff, who allowed us a late checkout. Great location.
This hotel was used briefly for a shower and nap after a uros island tour. The hotel was wonderful! The woman at the desk was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us also. The room was clean and the shower was hot. They had coca tea and coffee available as well! I highly recommend this hotel!
