This is a very pleasant hotel right next to the main square. Very helpful reception staff. They offered and arranged excellent tours to Sillustani and Lake Titikaka islands which were well organised and good value.
Since the check-in until the check-out was amazing. The reception staff very supported, Veronica is a very kind person always attentive at everything, very clean and warm room,
We stayed here for five days. The breakfast each morning was probably my favorite part. I loved the fresh fruit and drink options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and kept clean. Also there was a shower door that closed! I was sad to leave. We had a great stay.

Located in the middle of the city, close to everything. The staff is fantastic and they let us check in early(which was actually the reason why this hotel was chosen- someone in reviews mentioned that they were able to do it with no problem). The room was spacious, the double bed was really huge, bedding and towels were clean, beds were comfortable. This hotel though still has a lot of problems- it’s pretty outdated, nightstand lamps are broken, other lamps don’t have light bulbs, we basically had no hot water except for maybe for 2 hours in the evening (staff said it’s renovation going on, so this is not typical, so not sure about that). Breakfast was okay if you are not too shy to ask for fried eggs.
I had booked a room with a queen bed with a city view. I was given a room with a small bed and it looked nothing like the photos. The window opened directly I to the lobby, no privacy. I was really looking forward to a hit shower; the water was only like warm, when I asked the receptionist about this she came into my room and checked the temperature and said I was fine. It was not hot at all. The breakfast was decent and they made eggs to order which were cooked really well.
I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées.
We arrived early from our prior destination at around 5am in the morning. While the check-in to the hotel was later, the hotel accommodated us by allowing us to check in at this early time of 5:30am. The hotel was very clean and the staff were attentive, polite, and friendly. The staff immensely helped us with directions. The breakfast buffet is one of the best hotel buffets we have ever had. The rooms were cost, but comfortable, with plenty of hot water.
Booked a queen, given 3twin beds instead. Construction going on so noise early in the AM and into the evening as well.
Beds and pillows very uncomfortable.
Luke warm water at best for showering, toilet bowl ran for hours until I had fix the float myself. Cold, no heat, thank goodness I had my own blanket along.
