"This was a real gem. I had a single room but the bed was bigger than a regular single bed and was very comfy too. The facilities in the room were excellent and classy, including a shower that had a fine array of options and was switched on by a remote control, a first for me! Breakfast was in a lovely room and the table settings were, again, very classy. The host was gracious and accommodating including setting breakfast for me early on the day I left. All in all, I recommend highly."

"We had to delay our arrival by one day so we were very kindly switched to a Colombo 1935 apartment, without any fuss. The Colombo Apartment was fantastic, had a small balcony with a seaview, style/design was simple, comfortable, and elegant with a very well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely book it again. Laura was very helpful, especially helpful was communicating via text, and in English, which made life very easy. Appartment was nice airy and light. We didn't cook but everything was there should you want to. However; no kettle!! Needs a kettle. Sofa bed was very comfy, however it would of been a nice touch if they correct sheets/ bedding were left out ready to make as it took us a while to...
