EXCELENTE TODO PERO FALLAS EN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO

el hotel siempre un placer alojarse, pero siempre tenemos el mismo problema del estacionamiento ocupado por personas que NO SON HUESPEDES DEL HOTEL, sino que van al casino o al pub o al restaurant , en fin eventos... deberían destinar espacios en la cochera para los huespedes con automovil, más que en nuestra familia tenemos una niña con capacidades diferentes.

Die Rezeptionistin beim Check-in unfreundlich. Das Büfettabendessen im Hauptrestaurant war qualitativ lediglich durchschnittlich und dem hohen Preis absolut nicht angemessen! Ebenso das Essen in dem Café im Erdgeschoss. Das Frühstücksbüffet war okay, nichts Besonderes. Bestellten Spiegeleier, doch selbst nach 30 Minuten (!) und trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurden sie immer noch nicht gebracht, frustriert verließen wir das Restaurant. Völliges Desinteresse der dort arbeitenden Servicekräfte, es kam nur ein Schulterzucken! Das Zimmer war von der Größe her okay, nur leider nicht richtig sauber. Immerhin ein schöner Ausblick aufs Wasser.

Inconvenientes estacionamiento propio del hotel

Siempre nos agrada este hotel, sólo que en esta oportunidad tuvimos los 3 días inconvenientes y demora para acceder a la cochera (estacionamiento) del mismo hotel, ya que estaca casi permanentemente ocupada al máximo y no por huéspedes del hotel precisamente sino por asistentes a eventos que se dan en el hotel o bien al casino del hotel... mi sugerencia es que deberían indicar lugares para estacionar los autos de los huéspedes y ya dejarlo bloqueado. Nosotros una noche tuvimos que esperar casi 30 minutos con la nuestra beba dormida que se libere un sitio para estacionar.

Room was great. Very modern and clean. Location was great. Amazing restaurant across the street. Only negative was that entering casino required you getting a ticket first. Not terribly inconvenient, but not what I am accustomed to. Would highly recommend this hotel
