Excellent hotel for a short stay. The rooms were clean and staff are very helpful and nice. We arrived at 3am for check in and we appreciated the speed of the check in procedure. Wifi worked well and they make delicious pisco sours!

The staff was very helpful with helping us arrange a taxi for the next morning for our early flight back to Santiago. Property was clean and about a 10 minute walk from several dining options if you didn't want to eat in their restaurant.

Does not stack equivalent to other 4 star hotels we stay in. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we flew red eye to arrive in Punta Arenas, should have fallen asleep in seconds. The shower drain was very slow, i had to start and stop the showers multiple times to avoid flooding. Not worth the hassle on a vacation

The shower piping was leaking badly with minimal water flow from the shower head, drain was not draining properly, the sink had a leak in it, the bed had a bunk bed across the head of the lower beds…. Sqecky as my son weighes 180 lbs… over all bad but for the money
