"Yes the ocean was visible. We were the only guest in hotel. Shower barely spit water in you. No paper in toilet so the septic didn’t work correctly. "

"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"Pool area is a work of art beautifully blended into the surrounding rainforest, bar area and reception area were modern stylish and clean. Food is overpriced and the menu is not particularly adventurous, the limited choice of smoothies available was disappointing. And the coffee was alittle bland . "The rooms were clean. A bit of a musty smell, which gave me concern as I am allergic to mold. Managed to sleep with door open (unit 5, very private) and no problem. Bathroom just steps away. My only trouble was not with the Property, but with the entire family that took over the place. They were not at the property the evening before. The next morning I went to make coffee. Every pot, pan, and kettle was taken over by this group. Inconsiderate of the fact that this was a “hostel-type” property....

But everybody just move so quickly to fix everything for us even the owner phone us from out of the country to ensure everything was ok. "If you want to be right in the middle of nature and wildlife this is the place to go. Most of the resort is raised up into the treetops so you can be eye level with creatures you'd usually only see way above you from the ground. The included hikes and birdwatching were wonderful with very knowledgeable and passionate guides.
