I enjoyed my stay better when I was moved to the new renovated room closer to the lobby on the first floor. Carmen and Starla were very helpful with my move. The resort has so much to do for entertainment and many restaurants to choose from.

The room was very clean (and i’m very OCD) and the staff was helpful and kind! I recommend this resort, the food was good. Only complaint was that you are limited to only eat at 3 of the restaurants and there was no option to pay to eat there (had to eat at communal buffet).

From the beginning to the end it was a fantastic stay, the staff everywhere made us feel very welcomed and were very helpful when asking questions or making reservations for dinners at the restaurant. The room overall was pretty clean, but there were rusted fixtures, and the sliding door for the bathroom kept getting stuck and coming off the track. There was a small infestation of bugs near the minibar as well. The pool was nice and the staff were helpful.
