We had a really good stay at this all-inclusive resort in Kantakana! The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the food options were nice with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and well kept. There’s definitely room for a bit more improvement in service speed and entertainment, but overall it was a wonderful experience

I would especially like to thank Alexa and Alex for warmly greeting us from the moment we arrived until the end of our trip. They went above and beyond to help me decorate the room for a birthday surprise, and their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism made our experience extra special. Everyone was super nice and very service driven. Many practiced anticipatory service well. Restaurant food was very good and plenty of options. Facilities were huge plenty to do everyday everywhere. Room service was fast and they follow up right away loved that. Check in was very friendly and super efficient Johan at check in desk is awesome a five star employee ! Rosa the hostess and Irania the server were both wonderful everyday we had breakfast and lunch. Keep up The great work and keep improving, will be back soon.
