Upgraded to club level that was supposed to have a premium mini bar but nothing about it was premium. Great pool, great and easy path to the beach, bar service great. Beach eatery not worth the callories, way too greasy. They probably use old oil by mid afternoon. Miss snacks like chips or peanuts at the bars. Could have more easy access restrooms from pool. Theamed restaurants are great, but the italian one needs menu improvements fast! They destroyed the arancini and risotto i ordered. Asian and french restaurant are awesome! Some menu improvement wouldn't hurt.

I had the most amazing stay at Jewel Palm Beach. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was given every possible attention to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. The resort is human-sized and easily walkable, though rich in amenities. My room was clean, with a balcony, and italian shower and a very comfortable bed. Sleep was excellent. House-keeping every day. There's enough restaurants to dine at a different one every day of the week, and you can get food at any hour. The food was enjoyable, I ate pleasurably all week - it's not gourmet, as it isn't supposed to be, but it's good overall and you will not go hungry! There's also multiple bars across the place and you can always get a beer or a nice coktail somewhere, up until 2 am if you desire. There's a cute coffee shop, a cigar and a gift shop, easily accessible bathrooms, and anything else you would need. Although this is primarly a familiy and couples hotel, I traveled solo and still had a great time. Barely spent a moment alone the entire week. I wanted to send a special recognition to the hotel personnel who made my stay unforgettable... in particular: Anny, Maria Elena, Adolfina, Fanny, Jenifer, Rosalia, Carolyn, Marilayn, Pedro, Wilner, Omy, Juan, Salvador, Wilson, Angel, and more adorable folks I cannot name. I will definitely come back!
