Lovely grounds! Beautiful room and hotel staff was nice. The upstairs hot tub took forever to fill up and the water was warm at best. The food was decent at the hotel. My favorite was the steakhouse and getting a fresh omelet for breakfast. Also, for the restaurants needing a reservation, it took a while for our helper to respond back to us with a confirmed reservation for the time requested.

Everything was beautiful. There seems to be a battle every day for shaded areas on the beach but especially pool side. Could add a lot of the portable umbrellas so everyone can have shade. Wonderful resort otherwise

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Randy, Emmanuel, and Miguel provided exceptional service to us our whole stay. The beach was so beautiful and loved all the food we tried! We went to the spa several days and were pampered by the staff there. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was nice. Our room was very roomy and comfortable. We loved the adults side and the swim up pool.but the buffet was nothing to write home to mom about. The only thing Mexican about the Mexican restaurant was the chips and guacamole. The food at the Mexican restaurant was disgusting, mushroom tacos with rubbery mushrooms and my fish was mushy and had no flavor. We would love to stay here again and I hope you work on the restaurants.

This is a fabulous resort. Food was on point. The staff goes out of their way whether it be bartenders waitress housekeeping they are all fantastic. The only downfall is if you want a chair or a cabana by the pool, you have to get up by 6 AM.

Loved the rooms and resort overall, the staff are very hard working and super nice. We had Reinaldo Sanchez as our guest experience specialist. He is the greatest always gave us an itinerary of all the activities for the days of our stay and also made all the reservations for the restaurants. The rooms clean and the bartenders 100 out of 10 as well as the food were really good and a lot of variety. Will definitely go again and definitely 100 percent recommend.

We read the reviews prior to going in April 2026 and I was super worried about the beach. Nevertheless we went and the beach by El Beso exceeded our expectations. The hotel has more than enough tasty restaurants if you get tired of the buffet, which generally serves the same things daily. Our guest experience specialist Hector was heaven sent, checking on us daily via WhatsApp to ensure we had reservations each night and generally ensuring that we were okay. We’d also like to shout out Avelino who was also very helpful. The main area for improvement I’d say was the condition of the washroom in our room. It was clean but had obvious signs of aging. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience. The night shows, coffee shop and ice cream hut were among our favourite things to do, although the service in the coffee shop was extremely slow with long lines.
