Staff is very friendly and helpful, the first impression is that this is a 4 or 5 start hotel caus the lobby is very nice . the room is huge, the king side bed is very comfortable, the bathroom needs to be clean up better, i saw mold on the sink hardware, they only provide a tiny bar of soap, nothing else like shampoo, body cream, etc... no blanket neither . for the price i paid for 1 night is worth the stay. others place around the area charge $70 to $100 per night. I paid only $38. definitely i will comeback if i get same rate per day.

The people at the front desk was excellent she is very diligent and very nice at the service desk but the person who handle the buffet or the breakfast area was very rule and very lazy at the moment when we went to take a breakfast we dicede to live the property for the way she talk to us .

Area was a little suspicious. A lot of construction. Hotel name doesn't show up on entry form list. Seems refurbished. No housekeeping. Became a theme throughout this trip from 3 hotels. Breakfast was mid. Staff took up most of food and space. Haitian cleaners yelled at by local male staff a lot.

There are several dining options about 1/2 mile away but we Ubered several times because it’s a busy area. I think the locals live and eat there. It’s a very busy road when you go on the main road. One shop had yummy smoothies. Very affordable dining near there. We had no cleaning service while there. The water in the shower leaked out. We went to the front desk to get towels. Breakfast was one dried cereal option, pancakes or fried cakes, eggs. They had coffee and tea as well. No elevators there. The AC worked well. There were no blankets.

Amazing place

The staff was amazing. From Yisenia at reception to the restaurant staff, it was a 5 star service all around. The service from.the receptions was so amazing , i ended up booking 2 extra nights. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless, very clean, the staff was very friendly and they are available 24/7. So far the best staff that I’ve ever experienced. Shoutout to Sus the reception manager who welcomed me open arms and gave me a lot of tips during my trips and also Yisenia she gives top notch service, gives good treatment and respect the customer. I will definitely come back at Hotel El Imperio when I come back in Punta Cana !!!
