Amazing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and cannot say enough great things about it! Lorenzo and his team, Juliana, Felix and Maria, truly made our vacation memorable and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend you have your meals there as we could not imagine any restaurant would have been better. The food was excellent and plentiful. The location is awesome and we discovered everything motoring around in the golf cart. Be sure to go to the ecological reserve, which is located within the resort and less than 10 minutes by golf cart. Many thanks for an unforgettable vacation!!

Punta Cana Family Trip

Took the family to Punta Cana, with kids from 12 years old to grandparents of 70 years old, and this was the perfect place. The house is gorgeous and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is super open, bright and airy, something that the pictures can’t describe. The staff on site are amazing and took care of everything for us, from golf carts, breakfast, dinner and even fixing a dress strap that broke. Unbelievable experience and this is definitely a place I would come back to.

Family Trip

This property was the best for our family. Location was perfect for several outings and just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Our host was always very quick to respond to our questions. The house staff were exceptional. So blessed to spend our time there.

Wonderful vacation for our extended family of nine. Beautiful house, perfect location and outstanding staff including Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria who were willing and always available to accommodate all of our wants and needs. One of the highlights of our trip was to visit the Ecological Center located nearby. Truly enjoyed the natural beauty along with swimming in the amazing crystal-clear ponds.

This house was even more beautiful than the pictures! The staff went above and beyond, and was very attentive. The owner was very informative and communicative! The food was delicious and you can taste the love that Juliana puts into her cooking! They kept everything in the house very tidy and clean. 10/10 experience all around!

Perfect!

The house and property were amazing! Our extended family of 10 enjoyed the pool, two minute walk to the beach, playing volleyball and especially the hospitality of Julianna, Felix and Amanda. They treated us like a part of their own families. Lorenzo was so welcoming and more than accommodating to make our stay perfect. He helped us with questions at any time. Julianna’s cooking was amazing! We would recommend to everyone and want to come back next year. Five Stars!!

Absolutely Fantastic Vacation!!!

This is by far and away the best experience we have ever had on VRBO. Lorenzo and the resort concierge communicated with us in advance related to all details. The transfer from the airport to house was quick (15 minutes) and very well organized. The house looks even better in person. Everything was spotless and Lorenzo and Juliana made us feel right at home. The back yard looks onto the 1st tee of the golf course and the beach is very close. The food was fantastic and every day the place was cleaned. There was a very minor problem with the air conditioner and Lorenzo had it replaced that day. We are definitely coming back again and I highly recommend this house to all.

Family vacation

Can nico villa is a great place to stay. You have a shuttle across from the house that takes you to supermarket and other beaches and lagoon . The private beach is a short walk away. I can't say enough about the exceptional service we got from Lorenzo . Lorenzo is amazing! My sister was not able to get on her flight. Lorenzo came to the rescue. He picked her up from airport. He took her to supermarket and let them study in the house overnight at no charge. So grateful! We hired Juliana to cook. Her cooking was delicious! Highly recommend this villa.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Several months ago, in preparation for our 50th wedding anniversary in July 2024, my wife and I decided we wanted to host a celebration for our entire family (3 children, their spouses, and our 5 grand children ages 5 months to 11years old) in the Caribbean. After considerable research we selected Villa Can Nico in Punta Cana. What a tremendous decision! The location was ideal, the accommodations were first-rate, the staff was outstanding, and our gracious host, Lorenzo, was always accessible and immediately responsive. The staff, Juliana, Felix and Maria, prepared and served excellent meals with a local flair from scratch for our entire family plus, on occasion, my wife's sister and her husband who were staying at a nearby hotel. Juliana, Felix and Maria were incredibly attentive, with a welcoming presence and warm bonhomie throughout our stay. The Villa's pool was a continuous attraction for our grandchildren and their parents; the beach and the larger resort pool and clubhouse --a short walk or golf cart ride away--was a daily draw; and the concierge service introduced by our host easily connected us with wonderful excursions and transportation services. Without question, this was our very best extended family gathering, and we recommend the Villa Can Nico without any reservations whatsoever!

Don't Look Any Further...Best Villa in Punta Cana!

I just returned from a girlfriends’ reunion at Villa Can Nico in Punta Cana. Seven forever friends spent seven nights at this amazing villa. We had been planning this trip for a year and in constant communications with Lorenzo, the owner. We were so pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the villa is even more beautiful than the photos. Villa Can Nico had everything we needed to be pampered and relaxed during our stay. Lorenzo met us at the airport, took us grocery shopping with Juliana who is the best housekeeper/chef you will ever meet. He was eager to answer all our questions on what to do, where to go, how to get there and Juliana was so pleasant and a delight. She lovingly prepared our breakfasts and dinners (when we were home). Most nights we spent at the resorts several bars/restaurants for happy hour and then came home in our golf carts to a fabulous dinner prepared by Juliana. The villa is beautiful, open and airy surrounded by palm trees and just a short walk to the stunning white sandy beaches that have comfortable lounge chairs under the palm trees. You won't be disappointed when you stay here. It has everything to make your vacation magical. I can't wait to return and might just retire to this piece of paradise!

Absolutely perfect in every way!!!

The perfection of this property began before we even set foot in the DR. The owner, Lorenzo, was very helpful and responsive from the minute we booked through after we landed back at home. Lorenzo was there to meet us when we arrived, and is very kind and welcoming. He also put us in contact with a concierge who helped us book transportation, activities, and were able to assist with all of our questions and requests. The house itself is absolutely perfect- incredibly clean and well-maintained, light and airy, and conveniently located. Our group spent most of our time in the lovely outdoor living room/pool area. The villa was conveniently located next to a bar/restaurant, and just a few steps from the most incredible beaches. We also had access to golf carts, which we used to explore the neighborhood and access the lagoons. The true stars of the show who made our stay at Villa Can Nico were Juliana the chef, and Alexandra the housekeeper. They were both so incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and many of us cried when we had to say goodbye to them. Juliana is a fantastic cook, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying at this villa use her services. Her paella is *chef’s kids* amazing!!! Our next stay at Villa Can Nico cannot come soon enough!

We found paradise in Punta Cana!

Let me start by saying the pictures do not do this house justice! This home could not have been more amazing for our family. It is open yet very private and comfortable. There is so much space 10 of us were able to have our own little slice of heaven when we wanted it and convene as a family in the social mecca by the pool when recharged. Now for Lorenzo.....I have rented many houses all over the world and have never experienced a better host. He made sure we were taken care of and happy every day. Even before we got to the home he called and emailed often to check on plans for menus, transportation, etc. We all felt Lorenzo was more a friend then just our host by the time we left. Also, you absolutely need to use the services of Julianna and Amanda! Every meal was a different and more spectacular experience. We were so spoiled we wanted to sneak them back in our luggage. These two ladies prepared all of our meals, did the dishes, cleaned and to top it off they are the sweetest people. Thank you Lorenzo, Julianna, and Amanda for treating us like royalty and creating our paradise in Punta Cana! We will never use a hotel again :). Lissa

Best Vacation Spot You Will Ever Book

Not only is this home In an outstanding private golf community near the beach, it’s also owned by one of the most attentive, hospitable, helpful hosts I’ve ever rented from. Lorenzo was simply awesome. And if you come here and are questioning whether to spend the money to have Julianna cook for you ... let me help you with that decision ... DO IT! She was utterly spectacular in her care for our family, preparing separate meals for family members that had diet restrictions the rest of us didn’t have. Her cooking was A+. I highly recommend the fish tacos! The home comes with a four seater golf cart which is plenty to get you around the resort. If you want to go into the grocery store or to the village for outside dining, there’s a free shuttle for that as well. The beach was nearby and had servers attending to your every need. The drinks and food were not expensive at all either. I was expecting premium pricing but not the case. The home looks out over tee box #1. The pool deck was where we spent most of our time, beautiful, clean and the perfect amount of sun We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Lorenzo for sharing your home with us. Beyond Amazing!

Stop looking and book this property now!! My group of 12 experienced travelers could not have had a more perfect vacation. We stayed 5 days and want to go back. Lorenzo was so kind and accommodating. He took care of everything and even had someone run to the store for us when we ran out of ice. His 3, on-site staff members were more like family than staff. They waited on us like we were royalty from the time we got there to the time we left. I have never been more spoiled in my entire life. It was painful to leave. The food was so good that we had Julianna, the chef, prepare breakfast and dinner daily. We forced ourselves to actually leave one day for lunch just so we could say we did. We had the most amazing meals including dessert every day and it was only like $25/per person/per day. The house was also lovely. The common areas are all open air around the pool to enjoy the cool shade, island breeze and beautiful golf course. The bedrooms are all private with bathrooms and AC and everything was always spotless. The house was very well furnished with very comfortable beds. We were provided a golf cart, which allowed us to buzz all over the resort to use different facilities, access the beach quickly or just cruise around for fun. The entire resort property felt safe and quiet so walking everywhere was an option for some of the group. For the cost, proximity to the airport, safety and amazing beach and amenities, this is a no must book!!

Wishing we never had to leave!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about our stay at Villa con Nico! Our family of 12 had the absolute best time - sincerely one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. The home is beautiful; spacious enough for a large group in that all had their privacy but also many areas for all to comfortably gather together. Each bedroom has a private bath - 2 rooms also have outdoor showers which are so refreshing after a day in the sun. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have lovey ocean views. The pool was the perfect size surrounded by lots of outdoor seating. The hammock was a family favorite. The yard is large with a volleyball net & room to perfect your golf swing. The neighborhood was stellar. Very safe, very quiet, beautiful homes. The beach is a quick walk or golf cart ride - we did both. The club house was great, especially with young kids! But the VERY BEST thing about our stay at Villa con Nico is the owner Lorenzo and his staff: Juliana, Felix & Amanda. They are amazing: kind, welcoming, thoughtful, accommodating & highly professional. Juliana’s food was 5 star - fantastic!!! Lorenzo is excellent to work with - answering all our questions promptly. He assisted when our grandson was sick (ear infection) helped get him to a doctor and drove to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription. He was so very helpful! We HIGHLY recommend Villa con Nico and can’t wait to return!! Thank you Lorenzo for a dream come true family vacation!!

50th Anniversary !!!

My wife and I just celebrated our 50th anniversary and choose this property to do so. We were there July 22nd - 29th. I must say after spending many hours searching listings to decide, we made the right choice If you decide to rent Lorenzo's home you will not be disappointed in any way. We took our Son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren with us and the kids said "this was the best vacation they ever had". Now coming from teenagers that is a true testament. Let me tell you two reasons why this property delivers: first and most important is your host, Lorenzo. He begins by picking you up at the airport which doesn't sound like much but that is just the start. He then will take you to the grocery store or anywhere else to help you with your stay. He is a great source of local information and will help keep you from making mistakes. All we had to do was send him a text and he responded. The second reason is Julianna. We wanted to bring her home with us. She is there to truly make your stay wonderful. She does the normal things you would expect like keeping the home clean and picked up but we found her to be a very warm and caring person that we enjoyed spending time with. She isn't a trained chef but let me tell you, have her cook for you and you won't want to go out. We had her prepare 4 evening meals for us and each one was superb. She would go to the store with you and Lorenzo and select the food to prepare for what you want and then prepare it for you. We just asked her to make traditional Dominican dishes and we were blown away with how good the food was. Going out to local restaurants in the Dominican is expensive and we found that Julianna's food was better easier for us and much less expensive. Lorenzo's home is spacious and well equipped as advertised. We had more than enough space for all of us. The open living design of the home is inviting and comfortable but you have plenty of areas to be alone or private if you wish. We spent most of our time on the rear patio by the pool and had all our meals there rather than in the dining room. You will want to make sure you visit the ecological park and swim in the clear water pools. I think the kids found that to be one of the highlights. We also enjoyed to closeness to the wonderful beach at the club just across the golf course from the house. You will find the Punta Cana resort property to be wonderfully well groomed, clean beautiful and safe. Don't hesitate. Please!!

Wonderful House in Punta Cana

My family (5 adults, 4 kids) met in Punta Cana and stayed at this lovely house for a week in June. We had a blast. The accommodations were perfect and as described—and very clean. The pool was a great place to hang out every day. And we loved and appreciated the hospitality of Lorenzo, Felix, Juliana, and Maria who made our stay feel like we had come to visit extended family. The Caribbean Sea was full of seaweed, but we made the most of our beach stay anyway.

Amazing Vacation

If I could give Villa Can Nico 6 stars I would. It was exactly as represented on VRBO (better actually) and everything from start to finish was outstanding. The owner, Lorenzo, we prompt in responding to all our questions before and during the trip. Our transportation was waiting for us when we arrived and took us right to the house. The house and property were beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The veranda where we spent most of our time was very relaxing and comfy. We had our meals there and played games there at night. And then there were Juliana, Felix and Maria who did everything for us. We wanted for nothing. Fresh coffee was ready every morning at 7:30. When cooking they were very willing and gracious at accommodating our group members who had food allergies. Meals were delicious and plentiful, especially Juliana's paella! Our room were cleaned everyday and ready for us in the evening.We visited for two weeks, were totally spoiled, and did not want to leave. I would like to go back right now, actually!Thank you, Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria for a wonderful stay at what felt like home away from home.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed at Lorenzo‘s property for a week and had a terrific vacation. Lorenzo met us the first day we arrived and he was there to send us off when we left a week later. The house is as described. The location of the property is excellent, a short walk to the beach/ golf resort, where there’s a pool, a beach and services. The staff is excellent. Juliana, Felix and Maria took great care of us. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and work hard to prepare delicious meals. Overall a perfect vacation.

Better that any All Inclusive

The Villa is in an excellent location, not only for being within the Punta Cana resort, but also very close to the clubhouse and the beach. I loved the location. It was a great choice to stay at Villa Can Nico. The owner Lorenzo and the collaborators Juliana, Felix and Maria are excellent people. The vacation turned out just as we expected, a quiet vacation to enjoy Punta Cana with the family. Breakfast and dinner were moments that we enjoyed as a family with the delicious dishes that Juliana, Felix and Maria prepared for us, everything was delicious. The concierge team offered us various activities and the trips from the airport to the resort were very punctual and comfortable. Without doubt, if we return to Punta Cana, we will return with Lorenzo and his team.

La Cana Family stay

My three-generation family of ten spent a marvelous and memorable week-long stay at Villa Can Nico. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Lorenzo was a most gracious and accommodating host. The house was meticulous, open and well-laid out, very convenient to the La Cana club facilities and golf. Chef Juliana and her staff met us upon arrival and saw to our every need throughout our visit. They grocery shopped for us and provided scrumptious breakfasts and dinners each day. Maid service was also provided daily. The grandkids loved the outdoor living room and dining room next to the pool. A more formal indoor living and dining area was also available for use during inclement weather but we never had to use it. Golf carts allowed us to access anywhere within the resort without needing a car.
