We loved this resort, pools were amazing, water park was a ton of fun for the kids, the food options were really good. The rooms were dated but clean. The staff was ok. Didn’t come across anybody that was rude or unhelpful but none of them went above & beyond either. Pool and beach were beautiful but you need to be up at 7am to get chairs reserved. Spa was wonderful. The buffets were mediocre at best - unique/odd options and nothing seemed very hot & fresh.

I loved my stay! The staff was amazing but the staff person by the name of Any made our vacation a breeze from check in until we departed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of! I truly appreciated all who played a part! Oh and we had the best massages at their spa those ladies know what they're doing!

Room was great, lots of space and always clean and serviced every day. Staff was a mix, from very atentive and polite people to a few that didn't seem to like working there. Food is okay in the buffets, but the restaurants were very good, specially Tauro and Rosso, very recommended.
