We loved this resort, pools were amazing, water park was a ton of fun for the kids, the food options were really good. Booking ala carte restaurants was made really easy with the help of our concierge Anny Liriano. She did an amazing job helping us and booking everything we needed. HUGE PLUS having her. The rooms were dated but clean. The staff was ok. Didn’t come across anybody that was rude or unhelpful but none of them went above & beyond either. I loved my stay! The staff was amazing but the staff person by the name of Any made our vacation a breeze from check in until we departed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of! I truly appreciated all who played a part! Oh and we had the best massages at their spa those ladies know what they're doing!

Room was great, lots of space and always clean and serviced every day. Staff was a mix, from very atentive and polite people to a few that didn't seem to like working there. Food is okay in the buffets, but the restaurants were very good, specially Tauro and Rosso, very recommended.
