Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The hosts were liars and unhelpful. The internet is not reliable or strong and then they lied about the company checking and saying it was fine. Only to later have a tech come and say it wasn't actually fine. They also couldn't help with basic questions like how to access the beach. They gave other people the access code to our apartment and we heard people trying to come in. The apartment is also disgustingly hot and neighbors are loud and I have stayed all over the island and lived in the capital so that's saying something so surprised at the discomfort actually.
