Rooms need to be updated and there were a few minor maintenance issues. swim up bar wait staff was not friendly and ignored alot of people when they came up for a drink.. The grounds, beach, and pools were well maintained and beautiful. Food was good and alot of variety at the buffet.

The balcony was perfect, the bar was excellent. Most of all the staff was great like always. Julia Polanco provided us with an outstanding customer service. How helpful all staff members were to me. I felt like a queen! Especially the customer service staff member Farode, my butler Carlos and the beautiful bar staff at the bar right there at the customer service center. All of the pools were awesome. They need to lend out Different kinds of floats or let visitors know before they get there that they have to bring their own. The activity director needs to reach out to all the people that stay, especially if they are single. They should have a singles meet and great set up somewhere too. I loved it there. Wish I could live there full- time!
