My big thanks for guy name Jaime. He is nice guy working in the morning at buffet helping always with smile and good heart. The management needs give him a chance for nice rates. Everyone else is nice but he was a best.

The hotel was really beautiful. The staff there we're really helpful. A lot of them spoke English and that made things easier. It was all inclusive with food and beverages. The only thing didn't like about that is they really did not serve any American food at breakfast lunch and dinner buffets. I did not like the location. You could not walk to explore the city. Make sure you sign up to go on the excursions. Overall, the trip was good.

Beautiful beach, pools and grounds. Good location and close to the airport. Hotel is beautiful and there is lots of chairs in shade on the beach . The food is just ok and room was ok a little dated. The staff was excellent and helped us with anything we needed. We had an outstanding butler and housekeeper was very good.

It was a very nice stay nice staff very helpful… food is okay, towels are so old and also the bedsheet. Don’t like the idea that the kids are with their parents while drinking in the pool bar..Over all it was okay for those who are not choosy or sensitive.

I loved the resort , my first time visiting this beautiful country and i couldn’t be more pleased with my staff ! Baroni R, was so helpful always making sure we were ok and helpful with all of our request ! Our room was well stocked , the drinks were amazing and the entertainment was magnificent ! i loved the stay there my mayordomo dionisio did everything i ask amazingly he help decorate my room and get me flowers for my wife and i honeymoon he took care of us every step of the way. give that man a raise please he was one of the very few reasons we actually enjoyed our stay.
