Staff were very great! Place is clean! Food is good! Didn't get to try the restaurant but buffet was good!. I was with my husband and my daughter shes almost 2 years old and she really enjoyed the time being there, we all did! Everybody was nice and helpful. Just a heads up its a lot of walking lol.

The rooms are large, the cleanliness is excellent, and the atmosphere is great for both adults and children. The staff is friendly and always attentive. However, I do feel the pools are too small for such a large hotel.

Perfect stay at Riu Palace Punta Cana! Gorgeous beach, spotless pool, and delicious food across all restaurants. The entertainment team kept the energy fun day and night. But the real standout was our server Ruby—she anticipated our every need, remembered our orders, and served with the warmest smile. Exceptional hospitality from every staff member. We felt like royalty and are already planning our return.

We have been there before never disappoint. Excellent staff always very helpful. RIU are great always stay in one of their hotel. Food is good there is always something for everyone. Drinks not bad but not great either.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to dirty stinky pools the beach stank like old seaweed. The staff only look for tips won’t come up to you unless you tip them. Dirtiest beach I’ve ever seen you can’t even go inside the water. Not a great experience. The food was disgusting.
