I had a great and amazing time. The staff ensured that I was taken great care of. Transportation to and from the hotels and all my excursions was very sufficient. The bell boys did their part in making sure I was transport to and from my room and the lobby. My concierge Maria had my room decorated for my birthday and was great in making sure I was ok and settled in. The whole experience booking with Expedia was great and it was the best experience I had. Finding my stay, and flight along with transport was easy going. Also the bar staff Heidi and Andy were so nice and I had a nice time! Thank you so much Royalton and thank you as well Expedia!! Definitely booking through here again.

My overall day was good, but first thing first was our toilet was broken the whole entire time. The concierge took forever and made us miss in Excursion and didn’t show any worry concierge also made us miss breakfast. It would take forever to get a hold of someone just for a basic help. The food was OK, but the drinks were amazing and the staff was really nice.

I would advise not to come to this resort if you can find a better one. I heard stories of water not working but disregarded it. Our water stopped working for a whole day, shower and toilet included. Room service takes like a hour for microwaveable food. The staff is great tho, they can only control so much. Food is 3/10. You’re most likely going to have to eat out the resort if you want some good food.

The rooms were cleaned, staff is ok the lunch and dinner were pretty good but breakfast very poor. The pools were very clean. The best part was the lazy river at the resort with lots of fun. The night entertainment was good.

Great food/Lots to do on this resort/The Lazy River was awesome. Once we arrived, Maria who was our front desk attendant was very helpful and informative in guiding us to our room and advising us on how to book our dinner reservations, trips, etc. Even when we wanted to go outside of the resort on our own, Maria was able to advise us on cabs and places.

Honestly the staff is incredible is a solid beautiful family resort with incredible amenities just try on the first day to reserve bathe restaurants between 6 pm or 7 pm that way you have time for the shows , and that way you can find a good spot in to see the shows. Try to find Alexander from guest services the best way Incan describe him is ,professional, the best customer service attention to detail he will make sure you have the best vacations for you and your family we will definitely be back.

Everything was alright. Food was OK but the staff was nice. However we booked a swim out room but when we got there they said the room isn't available. So the first night we didn't have the right room. Thankfully Alexander from Expedia (who was the rep at hotel) got us the swim out room the 2nd night. One thing that was also tough was we needed to take a go cart everywhere (restaurant, lobby, etc) and sometimes it was a ten min wait for that. Another thing that could be done better is at the buffet the hosts never seated us. We had to find our own seats so it took a long time to get drinks.
