The rooms were cleaned, staff is ok the lunch and dinner were pretty good but breakfast very poor. The pools were very clean. The best part was the lazy river at the resort with lots of fun. The night entertainment was good.

Honestly the staff is incredible is a solid beautiful family resort with incredible amenities just try on the first day to reserve bathe restaurants between 6 pm or 7 pm that way you have time for the shows , and that way you can find a good spot in to see the shows. Try to find Alexander from guest services the best way Incan describe him is ,professional, the best customer service attention to detail he will make sure you have the best vacations for you and your family we will definitely be back.

Great food/Lots to do on this resort/The Lazy River was awesome. Once we arrived, Maria who was our front desk attendant was very helpful and informative in guiding us to our room and advising us on how to book our dinner reservations, trips, etc. Even when we wanted to go outside of the resort on our own, Maria was able to advise us on cabs and places.

This place was amazing! Edwin,our butler was awesome! The food and amenities were great! The lazy river was a family hit! Drinks were well made and plentiful. Staff was incredibly nice and everyone was helpful. Definitely give this my highest rating! Never wanted for anything during the 8 days we stayed.

Resort staff was amazing! Jaquain in the Dip’s pool bar was great! Our wonderful sever Alfanzo took notice to remember our names and made each visit more personal and memorable! So many great people, clean property, and excellent experiences! Easy to make dinner reservations through the app and keep up with daily activities. Close to the airport and very safe resort! The took care to remove any seaweed and clean the beaches and pool areas daily!

Nice family resort but food could’ve been better. Had a hard time finding any good restaurants. Also resort is not fully wheelchair accessible one restaurant was up the steps with no elevator. On the beach there was another dinner but it was hard to get to as it was in the sand. Overall it wasn’t a terrible resort my kids had fun. The resort also had roaches.

Maintenance issues, elevator was broken for longer than two days and no fixed and other related maintenance issues while they sell the stay as luxury at this hotel. Some staff were rude and they try to sell you membership similar to timeshare for thousands of dollars, don’t waste your time to meet with them and sign for that nonsense. The food was not good for a premium hotel and always lines which result in waste of precious vacation time. Good was the service at the beach and the fact that they brought towels for you and set you up at the beach.

The room I requested for extra money did not receive it . I like the golf cart to help around. No extra linen or pillows for the sofa bed and had to call. The tub had a leak. Swim out room is definitely a great option though

This place is beautiful and there is so much awesome stuff to do. Drinks are amazing, pool is beautiful, beach is perfect. Only thing to note is that it’s such a huge place that you have to be driven around from your room to where check out is and we once had to wait a full 30 mins to be picked up. It’s also a must to make a reservation for dinner other wise you can’t eat there. Hibachi Zen restaurant was amazing!! We had a wonderful concierge named Edgar! When in doubt, call him and he’s got you! He needs a raise!!

I like the surroundings, the shows, the food and the ambience. The staff was very helpful because during arrival specially Diliany and Ladinia. What i didnt like was the room furniture looks old and inside has filtrarion from the roof. Also the japanese and italian restaurant were amazingly hot inside and everybody was seeating. At least i didnt feel that the staff manage the transfer to the Royalton Splash, because anybody told me that a trolly was available.

This was our 3rd time at a Royalton resort and my 2nd at Royalton Bavaro. 3 years ago the stay was great. The food all over the resort was top notch. This time, the food was sub par. We had the NY strip steaks at hunter and while they were cooked properly, the meat was of low quality. Very tough and chewy. At the buffets and diamond club lounge, a lot of the food was cold or old tasting. Although Zen restaurant was very good. We are a volleyball family and not one time did the staff show up at the designated 11:00 and 4:00 scheduled times for organized games. 12 no shows by the staff in 6 day stay!! About the only bright spot was our butler Jesus, excellent service and response time, and also the diamond club pool bartenders. Fun people and good drinks! Time for us to change resorts. Won’t be back.

Best food in town! I know because I have been to many all inclusive resorts in the area and this one has been the best for sure! The buffet was amazing, hours were generous, staff was courteous and always willing to help. There was very good entertainment every night, even Monday! Adelle, and Beyonce impersonators had amazing vocals! I didn't like however that it was outdoors, under the heat and weather. Resort badly needs an indoor theater and an indoor music club with Karaoke and Silent Disco. DJ dancing time was really short, only about an hour, and again, in the heat of the Dominican Republic night which is fine for walking along the beach breeze but not for dancing. The lazy river was, as expected, a hit with the kids, they loved it! It is close to the apartments where you stay and there were plenty of food options for kids nearby like Pizza and fries.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible experience, horrible food and service the worst I have experienced in the whole World. I could not believe ir with my own eyes because the service in Punta Cana hotels I had stayed before were always really good. But here it was something out of the world. The food was horrible, room service took 3 hours at any time, service non existent, room and bathroom had Mold. Cleaning is not a thing they do here. Anyways please save yourself the headache
