Jensy at the pool full of professionalism, great customer service and very polite. Cristian at the pool bartender also very professional and attentive. Kelvin concierge excellent personality. He was always helpful ensuring my husband had a tee time for golf and transportation to and from the golf course. I would recommend this resort to all couples looking for relaxation and an escape from the monotony and stress from work. Definitely coming back!!! Sanctuary is a beautiful resort. All of the staff are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. The resort is large but has a private feel with the different sections. Would definately stay there again.

We have been going Sanctuary Cap Cana for the past 10 years. The best thing about the place is the people that work there. They treat you like family. They also remember what you like and make you feel special. The property has always been beautiful and the food is good for an all inclusive resort. The resort has changed over the years, mostly for the better. We always feel relaxed and taken care of. Marriott is the current brand and with that hopefully they can focus on changing the food options as they have become repetitive through the years. They have done a great job with the Wok and Italian restaurant but in my opinion the steak house needs a new menu. They have taken away filets and racks of lamb as an example. The drinks are good, minus almost zero bourbon options. They should consider opening the sanctuary town during the day for lunch once a week to mix up the lunch options. The food there is good (pizza, tacos, sushi) but how can you truly enjoy it when you have dinner plans. They have been working on the beach issue and I'm sure it will be taken care of soon. Overall we love visiting Sanctuary and we will return in the future.
