Our Butler Brian was attentive yes respectful of our privacy and desire to explore the resort independently. Loved the day spent in the Bali tent. Cabana staff service was wonderful Beach side was clean and beautiful. All the party boats and excursions happening in front of you. Loved venturing off to the local shops and getting to know the locals. Their hospitality was just as amazing as the resort staff.

staff was INCREDIBLE!! food was hit and miss. good variety, but while some things were very heavily seasoned, others seemed bland. room was nice, but we had a very stubborn glass balcony door. be prepared for the "time share" sales pitches (that you can politely decline). pool area had a lot of "occupied" loungers which was frustrating to have towels on them but no people there all day.
