The hotel itself was pretty nice. Had everything you need for a great vacation including gift shops, restaurants, bars, pools, access to the beach and a hospital room. Housekeeping stuff was great, we were receiving the best service from them daily. We also met 2 amazing little kitties that became a highlight of our stay there. The only area of improvement for me personally would be the cleanliness of the beach: I wish the sand, day beds and tables would be clean daily. Otherwise - 10/10 recommend!

The room leading to the pool was great two bars around it the buffet was close by the beach was 1 minute away, the staff like Carlos from expedia was great and very helpful took very good care of us text me everyday in the morning to make sure we had what we needed and took care of anything we needed done, the staff at the buffet were great I forgot her name but she was pregnant with red hair and rosemary they took good care of us the housekeeping cleaner name Maria, clean the room very well and it smells so good, she also made animal figures with the towels and left it on our bed with petals and chocolate, i requested that we had her through my whole state, I just recommended a friend from my job to go there this december, also , many friends on facebook are requesting information about this location, we will be coming back definitely again. Thank you all at this resort for making us feel at home and spacial.

Rooms are clean,the staff are very helpful they even assign one employee to help with any thing and Carlos my assigned agent was above all. the parking is available we had a greet time the first day the second day i got a food poisoning didn't sleep all night making trips to the toilet 6am i had to go to the clinic on site, she did her tests on me she give me some medications which are very good still taking them and I had to pay $400,35 luckily i purchase a travel insurance to which i have to send my claim.

for a 4 star hotel, snacks at the different restaurants and dinner at Windows were very much underwhelming. It’s sargassum season so there’s a smell around the resort. The pools were dirty and the beds in the room have been used past their time. Room 2240 beds need to be changed. Thankfully i only stayed one night, however the hot stone massage at the SPA was amazing. I recommend Melini 10/10

My stay at Sunscapes Coco was ok. I’d rate it a 6/10. It wasn’t horrible. Our first day there we had a few issues with the TV and refrigerator. The room was clean but it had a weird smell like mold or something. The food was horrible ( I got food poisoning). On the resort. Eat off of the resort. But other than that beautiful place. Also, if you go to the beach thinking you’re going to relax think again. As soon as my wife and I set foot on the beach here comes the solicitors like everywhere. Most of the stuff they sell is fake (cigars).

The air conditioner did not work in our hotel room, the emergency evacuation alarm went off and was told it was a malfunction, the beach water was full of seaweed and smelled of dead fish and sulfur so much that we couldn't enjoy relaxing on the beach, the food and drinks were terrible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We ended up moving to a better resort.

Franlin was our concierge and he made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable..Special thanks to Franlin. Staff was the best part of the hotel. Rather than that food was not so good. Restaurants are worse than each other. It's better to get food in buffet. Japanese place has no AC running and it's hot as hell. I don't know how people survive there. Aslo special thanks to Toni, who works at windows buffet. Super friendly and attentive server. Resort is very loud at night. They have loud music running till 2 am at night,so if you are with kids not a good choice at all. Staff is very loud as well, they walk in hallways early in the morning and shouting at each other ,like people are not there and they don't have to sleep in the morning. Swimming pools were dirty. They are not well maintained.

The hotel is very nice. The food is very good for an all inclusive. There is a nice variety of restaurants. First time in Punta Cana, the beaches in Punta Cana are not as nice as the ones anywhere on the north shore and we came at a time when the seaweed in but that changes. The staff at the hotel is excellent. Tony and the staff at the main dinning hall are amazing. Franlin was very helpful in getting us setup and answering questions. We did have one issue, not directly with the hotel. We booked an island tour through one of the vendors operating out of the hotel. it was the most disorganized tour we have ever been on. The boat was not ready when we arrived at the harbor so we waited a while on the beach. Once the boat arrived we were then transferred to another boat and then we waited for hours. Waited so long we only had an hour on the island, very disappointing but we still had fun. The hotel is good and the staff is great.

We had the Sunclub, but our room had no differences with the regular one, just the location (building 2, but not the ones that access the pools) I had no in room coffee machine, like they forgot to bring it (called and come right away). Had to call for them to refill the shower gel, pool could have been a bit cleaner. Just one night we went to a restaurant (sunnygrill) and the attention was awful. long wait, bad mood, bad manners. food was great though and the receptionist was very nice swell, she came to take the empty plates and asked the waiter and waitress to bring dessert). The night showes were great also.

We were a family of 5, we had an amazing 2 bedroom with a living room, 3 bathroom. We loved the rooms, one of our balconies was directly on the beach which was so nice to sit at night. The resort had so many pools to keep you busy with which we had no issues finding things to do. Even had basketball court and gym which we used. We did have a few minor issues with one of the toilets when we arrived but the staff were able to fix everything. The rooms were nice and cold which helps. The only cons I would say is the steakhouse was always closed, even when asked staff that day and they said it would be open. The breakfast was only good at the the one buffet if your a club member think its called kalidascope. The other buffet was very limited on variety of foods. Staff were very friendly. We didn't have to much issue with loud music at night time except when they had a party near the beach.

The room was very outdated. The bathroom was okay, but the pillowcases smelled like they hadn’t been changed, which was very unpleasant. The beds were on exposed metal frames where you could clearly see the box springs, and the minibar was never refilled. The food was disappointing. I also saw guests touching food and then putting it back, which was very unsanitary. There was often a wait just to get plates. The bars were actually very good, and the nighttime shows were one of the few things we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the resort asks you to download their app for information and activities, but the app was rarely updated, so we were constantly confused about what was happening and when. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this resort.

We stayed at Sunscape for 5 days & had a good time. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was enjoyed everyday. Lunch & dinner buffets could be better in terms of options provided. Some parts of the property are definitely due for a renovation or update as they are dated such as the screen doors to balcony were difficult to open. Lobby is beautiful, however does not have AC or enough cooling so it gets uncomfortable after a few minutes of being in there. Nightly entertainment was great! Splash options for kids were good & enjoyed by our kids! A lot of seaweed by the beach at this time of year. It was cleared by resort by our last day of our stay which was great since we wanted to take family photos. Spa/massage services on site was a great option. Staff were wonderful. Overall it was a great stay for us! Thank you.
