The hotel is very close to PUJ airport., the room is very spacious with a kitchenette table and chair, balcony with view of the pool TV had Netflix and Amazon linked with local channels as well. That is very comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious however needs a little bit of update. There is a restaurant on site with fantastic delicious food and drinks. Staff is super friendly and helpful, there is a pizza place right next-door along with the mini market all at local price. The pool is very nice with lounger and cabanas. For the price point this hotel is fantastic

This was actually a pleasant day for it to be so last minute the rooms are very spacious almost like mini suites. The pool was nice and the restaurant and bar on the facilities who was a nice touch. This was a great place and I also found out they have two locations there Urban, which was this one and also very pleasant and one that is further towards the beach, which was really a plus I got a chance to check out both and of course the beach location was better but this one was awesome especially the price.

Wonderful non-beach property 10 min 4 usd ride to heart of Bavaro. Good clean mid sized pool for relaxing at half price of beach properties. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Rosa, Juan Carlos and Juana for excellent service and other reception checkin in staff !

The staff at the bar were great whenever I needed anything whether was a drink or something to eat. Shuttle bus to the beach for free and pick up was also an important part of the Whala service. Whala should provide shuttle buses to the airport for pick up and drop off since the airport it’s not that far. Everything was great and will definitely be back on my next vacation to the best country on earth, The Dominican Republic where it all began.

English Version: My experience at the hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. From the front desk to the bar, the service, hospitality, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. I would especially like to recognize Melvin at the front desk, as well as Petel, Johana, and Jean at the bar, for their friendliness, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout our stay. The staff in the breakfast area also did a fantastic job and made each morning enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the pool area was gorgeous and very well maintained. I honestly have no complaints. My family and I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was clean the staff were so nice every last one of them including the owner....I like it better than resort i originally stayed at..food was good the bar was nice outside by the pool.
