From start to finish Zoetry exceded our expectations. We were sent to another resort we were unhappy with and got relocated to Zoetry by Expedia. As soon as we arrived we were greated by our concierge Dio who went above and beyond all week. The grounds were gorgeous and the beach was perfect. Our room was so pretty and was on the beach which was what I wanted. Room service was a nice feature which we used for breakfast. The food was amazing! The complementary horseback riding was also really enjoyable. We dealt with 2 different people named Juan Carlos who were both awesome. I cannot say enough how much we loved this resort. We highly recommend.

Such an amazing stay at Zoetry PC. There was so much attention to detail from the staff, amenities, and ambiance. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a boutique atmosphere. There is no music or party vibes. It's a peaceful oasis that has a very 1-on-1 environment. The food quality is outstanding for an all-inclusive resort. No buffets or food sitting under hot lamps. Every single dish is prepared fresh for you. You can make special requests & substitutions that are welcomed by the staff. The bartenders will make you specialty cocktails or recreate your favorite drink. This is not a cookie-cutter resort. You get what you pay for. Top dinner cuisines in order. Caribbean, Mexican, Asian fusion, steakhouse, Italian. Didn't get to try Mediterranean.

My Wife and I were looking for a truly relaxing peaceful time and that is Exactly what we found at Zoetry. The joy of being on the beach and actually hearing the sound of the Ocean as opposed to the constant thumping of music brought us great joy. Walking the grounds of the place has a very magical feeling. I cannot say enough how gentle this place feels. The staff is so sincerely kind. Some honorable mentions include: Octavio "Exec Chef" Alejandro "Concierge" wait staff "Wilca, Natali, Johanna, Mayra, Rosa, Oliver, Sory and Elizabeth at check out. These are the names We were able to remember but every staff member we came across was warm/kind/helpful if needed. Very friendly staff specially Wilky serving the drinks at the beach, and Sory in the steak restaurant. We enjoyed the yoga at the beach overlooking the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed the horse back ride on the beach and the evening entertainments.
