Beautiful Location...some small details

Home has beautiful view, and short walk to semi private beach...easy access to Punta de Mita, pretty well equipped (especially kitchen), however some small details need to address - share for 14 pax, but only 3 deck chairs; table seats max of 10...we worked around but to make 5* needs some details resolved. As per other review on house, there is a noisy neighbor - wasn't everynight but was a couple very loud and late. Also maybe one mote should be more transparent is one bedroom is a reconverted service quarters (so separate but with AC/TV); and one bedroom is very close to kitchen (and staff start early) so bring some good ear plugs. Bottomline, beautiful location, and with some loving could be 5*

Beautiful House

The house itself is amazing, as was the staff and real estate management company. However, within the gated community, we had two houses just below us that partied (extremely loud music) four nights in a row from midnight to 6:00 am and there was nothing the management could do about it. There should be some sort of noise ordinance that doesn't allow loud music past a certain time ( 1:30 am as an example). Needless to say, we didn't sleep for four nights straight which really put a damper on the whole vacation. The listing described the property as a tranquil gated community. Had we known that loud music until the wee hours of the morning is acceptable, we would have chosen to rent elsewhere.
