Pics are deceiving online. Nice lobby and that’s it. Mold on ceiling and walls. Need full room and bathroom renovation. Rooms are very small. No ventilation. Left a day early as it was very uncomfortable.

Bad situation for hotel sector in Punta del Este

Bad smell, weird guests, never cleaned the room, oily coffee at breakfast... according to my colleagues staying at similar 3 stars within same date, lack of maintaining and poor service is a common situation for the hotel sector in Punta del Este. I would not want to be cruel, and I guess pandemics impacted severely the sector that has not recovered.

Bom custo benefício, mas eu não indico.

Razoável. Limpeza do Hotel foi zero. Nosso quarto tinha até ninho de formiga embaixo da banheira, ainda tinha cabelos no chão... Acho que só trocaram a roupa de cama e as toalhas. Café da manhã bem bagunçado, tinha apenas uma pessoa dando conta de tudo. Era em um local pequeno, nem tinha onde todos os hóspedes sentarem e ficava faltando comida, além de não conseguirem limpar as mesas entre um hóspede e outro. Atendimento na recepção ainda foi bem complicado, falta de vontade e educação dos atendentes com os turistas.

Hotel muy Flojo y de mal calidad

El valor promedio del hoyel fué casi el doble de lo que se paga en hoteles similares en Paraguay, Brasil, Venezuela o Colombia y el estado del hotel era sin duda el peor en 84 ciudades que hemos visto em un recorrido que estamos haciendo por sur america. Donde tampoco tenian estacionamiento y el Desayuno es el único hotel en 84 ciudades donde ni huevos habia en los desayunos.

A localização é a única coisa boa, pois o hotel é péssimo, quarto velho e fedorento! Quando entrei no banheiro tinha restos de cabelo no box. O quarto fedia a coisa suja!

Hotel bem localizado! Cama velha, ar condicionado muito sujo e barulhento. O quarto não possui mesa ou local para colocar as malas abertas, então as nossas ficaram no chão. O banheiro é novo, só peca pela cortina para separar o box. O café da manhã é razoável, mas a limpeza das mesas ficou à desejar.

Buena ubicación. Sin grandes expectativas.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y el personal amable. Lo regular es que todo se rompe durante la estadía (el agua caliente, el ascensor, la caja fuerte, etc), y hay perros en la recepción y durante el desayuno paseando por las mesas. Hay pocas chicas de limpieza y pueden no hacerte el cuarto. El desayuno, falta personal para reponer todo y siempre faltan cosas. Las habitaciones pequeñas, armario pequeño. Para fin de semana puede ser, más días incómodo.

A localização é excelente, porém os atendentes e o café da manhã são um pouco perdido e bagunçado. Não tem explicação de quase nada e demora muito pra liberar cadeira pra sentar. Informo que tbm não é muito limpo pedi pra organizarem o quarto e nem o lixo tiraram

Nefasto

La experiencia nefasta. Ofrecen como servicio estacionamiento disponible pero la realidad es que tienen preferencia por los Motociclistas Brasileños “porque vienen siempre” y a uno lo dejan sin lugar, cuando uno paga por los servicios en su totalidad al igual que ellos. Tienen una desorganización importante en general, no les da el personal para limpiar las habitaciones que cuando uno llega a la tarde de la playa, no está pronta la habitación habiendo entregado la misma para limpiar en la mañana.. y aún así, pedis toallas en recepción y te mandan buscar a las limpiadoras uno mismo. Falta limpieza en las habitaciones, caminas descalzo y se te pegan los pelos de otros huéspedes. El frigobar está colocado en un hueco que no tiene enchufe por ende tenes que andar trasladando el frigobar a otro lado que tenga enchufe.. Las puertas del ropero tenes que haber hecho 90k en pecho por 1 mes para poder moverlas.. Y por último, tienen 3 aires acondicionados en el lugar del desayuno y siendo pleno verano y temporada no prenden ni 1, teniendo la gente andar reclamando que los prendan.. En resumen, si pueden gastar un poco más e ir a un hotel un poco más como la gente, recomiendo 👍
