Quarto enorme, piscina aquecida, funcionários muito educados e atenciosos ( tanto no café da manhã quanto na recepção) , café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Hotel novo. Fica a 4 quadras da praia Brava e fornecem de graça cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. O bairro SAN Rafael eh lindo e super tranquilo da para deixar o carro na rua na porta do hotel. Quem for de carro elétrico tem carregador na praça em frente ao hotel. Nessa praça tem tb brinquedos para criança.

Tudo muito positivo, o hotel é novo e muito bem construído com bos quartos. A sugestão fica para travesseiros mais baixos, pois são bem bem altos. Um ponto negativo foi que reservei um quarto com varanda, e me colocaram em um sem varanda. Fui questionar na recepção e me falaram que o quarto que eur estava era superior, ao que havia rsservado. Preferi não discutir, mas não acreditei e nem confiei na informação.

Beautiful and well designed hotel I couldn’t think of anything I’d change about the place- the design pays attention to every detail, and we had such a great bed, towels and robes. The staff were amazing, helping out people with ease in English, Spanish and Portuguese - the waiter at the breakfast (delicious) instructed a family from Austria on how to drink mate. We were trying to rearrange our flight back so we could stay longer. Definitely coming back.
