Excellent hotel, very well situated for walking around the peninsula as well as close to both beaches (closer to La Mansa). But its on a quiet street so very quiet for sleeping. The staff is excellent, responsive and very helpful. The rooms are lovely. The safe in my room didn't work and finding the switch for the overhead lights was a slight challenge, but otherwise everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant! Breakfast was excellent, but dinner was also excellent! Fresh vegetables aren't common on many Uruguayan menus, so the fresh salads were especially welcome!

Es un buen hotel sin embargo hay 3 aspectos fundamentales que hicieron bajar mi calificación. Por un lado los colchones son terribles, se hunden demasiado y la primer noche dormimos muy mal. Al quejarnos nos cambiaron a una habitación con un colchón menos blando, pero aún así se hundía. Por otro lado hice la reserva con anticipación pero me avisaron que el área de hidromasaje estaba en reparación cuando la reserva ya no se podía cancelar, lo cual no me pareció bien. Por último había avisado días antes de llegar al hotel que soy vegana, el día que ingresé también avisé, sin embargo al otro día en el desayuno nadie lo sabía!! A pesar de ello destaco el servicio del personal que en todo momento estuvo dispuesto a solucionar los inconvenientes con las posibilidades que tenían. El hotel en sí es agradable, habitaciones de buen tamaño equipadas con un kitchenette, café y té de cortesía, y en mi caso en el desayuno me ofrecieron frutos secos, palta, queso, fiambre, glletas dulces, todo apto vegan.

Excelente opção em Punta Del Este

Excelente opção para uma estadia em Punta Del Este. Ótimo custo benefício com opções de entretenimento bem legais especialmente se estiver com crianças. Piscina térmica excelente, sala de jogos e atividades muito bem equipada e um excelente café da manhã, com várias e saborosas opções de alimentação. A Academia é ótima, com equipamentos de última geração.

The people at the front desk were exceptionaly helpful and friendly. In fact we were impressed with all the staff. The amenities like the pool, sauna and jakuzzi were all clean and in very good state. The room and bathroom clean and enough space. Very nice to have a tea kitchen with microwave, kettle and coffee maschine. I had an accident in the fitness room, which was my own fault, but maybe the room is too small for the amount of machines. the breakfast was really really good.. we only had one bad dinner experience, but didn't have to pay for it and were offered another dinner instead. so really good customer service. we highly recommend the hotel and will be coming back
