Péssima experiencia

péssima estadia! Ao chegar fomos direcionados ao quarto que estava extremamente sujo, haviam medicamento espalhados pelo chão, plantas, insetos e etc. A roupa de cama estava suja, não havia sido trocada. Toalhas usadas e rasgadas, banheiro sujo. O único ponto positivo foi a cordialidade e boa vontade do recepcionista que tentou nos ajudar, porem todas as roupas de cama que ele trazia para o quarto estava sujas ou rasgadas. O hotel esta em estado deplorável! Não recomendo!

Nos alojamos en una habitación doble superior. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia. El baño es funcional pero requiere de una renovación. El hotel en general es agradable. Destaca lo disfrutable de las instalaciones exteriores, la piscina y el parque arbolado. Desayuno básico. El personal muy amable. El balance general es positivo. Volvería.

Fiquei neste hotel (Hotéis.com me deu 3 opções) porque outro havia cancelado minha reserva sem qq motivo. Pontos positivos : quarto espaçoso, café da manhã simples, mas gostoso, região tranquila, 2 piscinas grandes, internet de boa qualidade. Negativos : antigo, mal conservado, carpete no quarto, humidade, chuveiro horrível, escorpião no quarto (funcionários disseram que era normal a presença, mas que eram inofensivos).

El lugar es hermoso tal cual se ve en las fotos.el personal super amable pero estan desorganizados.después que lo limpian no huele a limpio,no se si no usan productos que saquen el olor de las habitaciones .la mia tenia humedad,baño con olor faltaba higiene ,eso no creo que sea porque es viejo el hotel.capaz que sea porque hay humedad y cañerias viejas.
