"1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins. Ramp & steps to hotel from street. "Great stay in a great accommodation! It is a beautiful and silent house and area. It has probably the best view over the sea and we saw some incredible sunrises over Skopelos.Katerina is such a warm and kind person that we constantly felt well an comfortable. Overall a perfect vacation on a great island with a beautiful accommodation. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. "La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica. A tre minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa e a 10 dalla città principale. A due minuti, sempre a piedi, vi è la fermata dell'autobus che raggiungono oltre che la City, il porto e l'aeroporto anche tutte le principali spiagge dell'isola. Inoltre a due passi vi sono due/tre markets e sempre a due passi Ristoranti e taverne sul mare. In poche parole potete per qualche giorno dimenticare l'automobile."

"Great one night stay at Hotel Mato. Traditional old Greek house where the lady owner was so helpful and friendly. We had a room at the top of the house (up a spiral staircase) which had a spacious balcony with amazing views of the port. Lovely traditional Greek breakfast. The location is fantastic for Skiathos old town and the ferry port. Would recommend (as long as you like cats - she has tons them! ) "
