"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our concierge, Sandra, was super helpful and our housekeeper, Brenda, could not have been more lovely and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. But please beware, there are MANY additional fees when staying in Punta Mita, and I mean MANY! Security is super tight (which we appreciate). "

"We loved our stay! It was very clean, safe, and family friendly. The age range of children was 6 months-11 years old, the house was very family friendly. The housekeepers were amazing! They did a great job cooking & cleaning. We bought our own groceries and were still able to enjoy their delicious recipes and authentic cooking. Buying the beach club membership is a must . We loved the Pacifico and Kapuri beach clubs. We also enjoyed the quick cruise to and from town on our golf cart. The walking paths within the four-seasons were also very nice. We walked daily! Again, very safe. WiFi was a bit patchy in the upstairs bedrooms, but not an issue. The air conditioning was great and kept us cool -always! We can’t recommend this place enough ! It was very quiet, safe, clean, convenient, all the things you want in a family friendly vacation. We loved our stay and were sad to leave. "

"Location, location, location. This is a gem. It is in a perfect spot for sunrise and sunset beach walks, with Tale of the Whale as a focal point. Pacifico Beach Club is just down the beach. Use a golf cart to get around within Punta Mita and the adjacent town. The house is beautifully maintained. Each bedroom has a private bath. Master on the second floor has a great balcony and one of the bedrooms on the first floor has a very private outdoor shower. The kids loved the pool - it was the hub. We ate breakfasts and some dinners (tasty) together at the house. Miriam and Margarita were fabulous at preparing breakfast for a group of 10 that included young children and adults whose dietary restrictions included one vegan/gluten free and some vegetarians. When we ate dinners out it was mostly at the Four Seasons- very memorable. "

"What an incredible stay! The property is new and gorgeous and so wonderfully planned -- from suite-style rooms to the large living room to the multiple outdoor spaces. The location was marvelous for easy golf-cart access to nearby resorts, beaches, golf courses, and even riding into the nearby town for shopping or local restaurants. The staff were incredible too -- Estrella was our chef/housekeeper and we all marveled at having her a part of our household. She anticipated our needs, prepared delicious meals, and served graciously. The concierge and property management team were likewise excellent -- thank you Sandra and Andres! If we get the chance to come to Punta Mita again, we'll definitely be looking to see if this property is available!"
