"This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on."

"We had the most amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and it felt like our own luxury resort. The location couldn’t have been better, and we loved starting our mornings with the delicious breakfasts that Brenda prepared. Overall, the entire staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. "Overall, the condo was a nice place to stay and very convenient to everything in Punta Mita. As others have commented, the pool is extremely small and more like a bathtub on the porch. Also, the bunk room was not usable for us as it’s more of a closet/pass through (no windows) and was extremely hot. Concierge was great and helped with transportation and dinner reservations. "
