Exquisite might be a stretch

"- The listing needs to be updated. There was two different prices for electricity posted and a third price was given in a message from the host.- We arrived shortly after the posted check-in time and the cleaners were still there and the gardener was making a mess in the yard.Communication with the host was off putting. He wanted us to meet him at a bank and I assume follow him to the property. It wasn't our first time to the area, so we knew our way around and knew where the property was beforehand. We told the host this, but i guess it was lost in translation. Wasn't a good first impression. - The community is gated, but after hours there is no security, thus no one to open the gate to get your vehicle in or out.- The condo was nice, there needs to be a little bit of TLC, there were a few places that paint was chipping or pealing off the wall. You can also tell where pictures or decorations were once hung and now missing. Toilet seat needs fixed.- There were bottles in the bathroom for soap, shampoo, conditioner, but were empty. Are they just for decorations?- There is a coffee pot in the kitchen but there was no coffee or any extras except for things a prior guest must have left. There was plenty of drinking water provided.- The location is nice, walking distance to the beach, colmado, and various restaurants"

"Everything was as described. Beds comfortable. Good shower. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioners & fans work good. Not noisy at all. Apartment is clean & the once a week cleaning was very good job. Grounds well maintained. Including pool. The only thing I missed was a drying rack. Nadia very good host. "

Spacious 3 bedroom Villa next to the beach.

Lovely villa across from the beach

"We had an amazing stay at this modern three-bedroom villa right across from the beach with locked controlled access gate and security. The location is perfect—just a short 5 minute walk to the beach "Playa Punta Popy" and many very good restaurants. We walked to the vibrant downtown too, where you’ll find more great restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was great for cooling off and was kept clean with regular visits from maintenance staff.While you can walk to most places, renting an ATV or side-by-side added a fun and convenient way to explore the area. Having a vehicle gave us access to some beautiful, more secluded beaches and scenic spots.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach or an exciting tropical experience, this villa offers the best of both worlds. Our property manager Michael was amazing and setup our vehicle rental and anything else we needed. He was always 1 whats app call or text away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "

Nice condo

"This was our first visit to the Las Terrenas area of the DR. The condo was nice. Clean. Nice view of the ocean. The condo lacked a few necessary staples for anyone staying in a self catering unit. We’ve owned a condo in the DR. I feel it’s important to leave staples, ie: salt, pepper, coffee filters, paper towel. The bathrooms are tiny and difficult for 2 people to use at the same time. Also, on a minor note, a garbage can in the sink/shower area would be nice and not just the toilet area. Another thing is there are no cleaning supplies- counter spray, sink cleaner, etc. if your staying, even a week, it would be nice to be able to clean the countertops and sinks. - just my OCD opinion. The road noise from motorbikes and vehicles was sometimes excruciatingly loud so we will look for a quieter area next time Overall a great vacation. The staff and security at the complex were wonderful and should be commended "
