"We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"The place is nice, you have to stay more than 1-2 days to get the magic of the place!! The chef is great and the food is ok. I wish there were option to more meals during the day, because the hotel is very far from any restaurant or a kiosk. It's pretty annoying that there are boxes for tips in any corner you go. "Overall a great alternative to the din of the large all inclusive resorts. The pics on this site are of the actual place. Everything was just as described, this property is in an area of condos and private residences but you are very close to shopping and the nightlife. The rooms are a bit dated but are clean and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Make sure that you have a translator app because sometimes there isn't anyone around that speaks English. The only small issue is...

Please avoid this place. No because you can save some bucks you will put your safety in risk. Run as much as you can of this place, It is a totally false advertising."

"Been traveling and bouncing from hotel to hotel Wanted to get a house as we are a big family of 7 so we can all be together . Frist off the pictures are outdated those are from when the place was just open the outside look horible and dangers.the house inside is not that bad just need a good actual deep clean and a couple touch ups and replacements especially the shower head and the windows springs as they are alot of mosquitos .
