"Main complaint is the wall and door to the hallway are super thin and you can hear everything from outside. Breakfast was good and shuttle was right on schedule. Staff was great from check in, check out, breakfast staff and shuttle driver."

"Staff were nice and room ’s were clean overall but some of the amenities weren’t working like ice machine on our floor, our TV, and Wi-Fi was spotty too. For waters or bottled drinks, there aren’t any vending machines on the room floors so you have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s located in a convenient spot in downtown Tacoma with the T-line station and bus stations being very walkable."

"Good location for an overnight stop before a cruise. Was able to check in when I arrived at 1 pm. There is no room service, but very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Friendly service. I would stay there again."

"It's a great place for a stop over that is close to the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient, the room decor was modern. Everything was fairly clean although the counter with the coffee maker hadn't been wiped down but everything else seemed fine. I would stay there again if I was in the area."
