"Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again 😊"

"I don’t even know where to start, this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, everything was done before we even knew we needed it. Tey and the team know everyone by name making it so personal. The location is great. Facilities were 5*, on arrival we had a 3 hour spa package which was just fantastic. We had a sunrise tour booked and the team arranged a wicker basket with breakfast and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble, they even sprayed us down with bug spray in the evening. Could not recommend this enough, I would travel back just for this hotel."

"Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend."

"My stay was great! The staff was helpful and very friendly and genuine. The property was extremely clean which I appreciated and the food was good. Massage service was great as well, the gym is good for what you need it to be and the pool is perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it."
