Visit of 3 adults with 3 rooms booked. The garden and balcony's are really the great feature of the hotel, just loved all the green. Hotel is in great location and overall staff is great. "A true disappointment. What was shown on the website was NOTHING like the room. The toilet was broken, the room was not cleaned, no to mention the things included like breakfast, safe or a hairdryer they refused to honor even after showing them my confirmation. I could even feel the coils in the bed. "
