"The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. "Bed was comfy, room seemed abit dated for a new hotel. Hinges of the shower were creaking and lots of dirt under the sink. Hotel had terrible access road as we were driving, and parking was not available and had to park at govt issued parking on the road side. A car next to us had its window smashed in one morning, and I guess that shows the lack of safety without own compound."
